Heavenly Father,

Thank You for giving us rest. Thank You for a break from the routine cares and responsibilities that can feel so burdensome. Thank You for making a way for the words of Jesus to be recorded in the Bible so all may know of the special rest He gives. Just listening to His words helps me immensely. I ask that You will bless each person who visits this blog page to feel a bit more rested after reading the words I am posting from Jesus. May they go straight to hearts that are heavy burdened and need to feel that supernatural removal of weight. What a wonderful God You are, always only a thought and prayer away. Actually, You are never away, but sometimes our thoughts stray from You. May we be more attentive to You and Your word today and each passing day. I pray in the name of Jesus, my Lord and Savior, Amen
