Today is Sunday, a day of rest. Some Christian traditions take Saturday rather than Sunday as their day of rest. Either way, God commands a day of rest within His Ten Commandments.

Jesus is our Sabbath rest, so we have a Sabbath rest every day of the week! At least, that is how I have heard Hebrews 4 interpreted.
